Paul Hoffman is a family man and professional business leader. Paul also has a strong competitive drive that not only contributes to his career success, it also contributes to his active lifestyle. Paul and his family enjoy many outdoor physical activities including down-hill skiing, biking and running. Paul has completed several marathons and an IronMan triathlon and continues to train diligently in these areas. He also earned his black belt in karate in October of 2012.

His strong work ethic and business knowledge has made him a leader in the financial industry for over 30 years. Today, Paul is the leader and creative mind behind Advisors' Pride, a successful financial Advisors' support system. Paul is extremely proud of Advisors' Pride and he works hard at maintaining his personal commitment to excellence.

Martha A. Curtis, CFP®, AIF®

Marty has 20+ years of experience as a CFP ®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and AIF® Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, in Appleton, Wisconsin, for affluent individuals, families and their closely held entities.

As a mother of two daughters, Marty soon discovered that she has a strong passion for helping and taking care of the needs of others. This is the driving force that pulled Marty into the financial world; to help clients pursue a better future for themselves and their children.

When not working, Marty enjoys time spent on the lake and with family and friends. She maintains a rigorous fitness routine and a strong competitive drive that has pushed her to participate in several running events and extraordinarily, she has successfully completed a full marathon. Marty also loves to travel with her husband George and her family.

Eric D. Hall, AIF®

Executive Vice PResident

Eric started in the financial services industry in 2003. While studying for the licensing exams, he was called into active duty in Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom. Eric credits his time overseas for really showing him what is important in life - faith, family, country, and helping your neighbor. Eric, now a US Army Veteran, is both humbled and proud to be able to serve his clients and community, just as he has served our country. 

Eric is a native to the Fox Cities area and when Eric isn’t at the office, or practicing his box step, you can find him enjoying family time with his wife Lisa, and their adorable 3-year-old daughter, Aurelia. Eric is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and has been known to belt out a few Elvis tunes while behind the wheel.

Jill A. Batley

Jill's duties and responsibilities are strictly to our advisors to review and approve transactions and paperwork to help ensure our clients confidence in our advisors. As a Compliance Specialist, Jill keeps our members and staff in compliant and up-to-date with the latest requirements and regulations that are required in the evolving financial industry.

Since October of 2012, Jill’s positive energy, enthusiasm and industry knowledge has been a great asset to Advisors’ Pride.

Jill is a graduate of UW Wisconsin Madison with a degree in Communications. She has previously worked in the Banking Industry and in the Mutual Funds and Variable Annuities departments at AAL.  

In her spare time, Jill enjoys running with her dog Stella and watching her girls play soccer.

Samantha K. Blaine, CSMP

Web & Media  Manager
Certified Social Marketing Professional

Samantha is a valuable asset to Advisors' Pride and its members. She is the go-to-girl for the all evolving technology and marketing. From building websites and social media pages, creating your online presence and awareness, she has an unique and valuable skill set of technology and IT network knowledge.

Samantha has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, emphasizing in Visual Communications and Graphic Design.

In August of 2015, Samantha got married to her now husband, Kyle Blaine, on the white sands of Miramar Beach in Destin, FL. In August of 2017 they bought thier first home and are enjoying all the DIY and remodel updates.

When Samantha isn't working you can normally find her on a softball field or at a local indoor sand volleyball court. She has won several MIP and MVP awards for softball and coaches her church's two softball teams and helps manage other local league teams. She is very active in the community and her church,, where she is the Media & Technology Director.

Jessica has over 15 years of insurance and financial industry and served the last 8 years as a Financial Advisor. Jessica is currently our Member & Client Service Specialist where she helps our advisors and clients remotely with transactions, paperwork procedures, client relationship management, account maintenance, advisors and/or client transitions and much, much more!

She is an active volunteer with different organizations within the Fox Valley and surrounding areas and actively attends many different fundraisers throughout the year. One of her favorites that her and her husband participate in, as well as coordinate, is Softball For A Cause hosted in Shiocton, WI.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fishing and motorcycling.  She is married to her husband – Jamie, has two sons – Justin and Jonathan and two step-daughters – Samantha and Monica.


Alana M. Williams

Administrative Assistant

Alana is an administrative professional with over 10 years in the financial industry.  Eight of those years were as an Internal Auditor in Louisiana at a credit union and two years as a Registration Specialist at a Broker/ Dealer. Previous to those adventures, Alana was a State Investigator in Milwaukee, WI for 4 years and in Richmond, VA for 2 years.

Alana has a lot of knowledge from the different experiences she is involved with from a personal and professional capacity.  Alana is very detail oriented and meticulously organized.  Alana has an Associate’s Degree in Police Science and in a previous position, had been certified in the financial industry for CUCE (Credit Union Compliance Expert) and BSA Specialist (Bank Secrecy Act).

Alana has 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl) and 4 grandchildren (2 boys and 2 girls). After going to basketball games, football games or track meets with her 2 high school aged children and chasing her grandchildren; Alana enjoys reading, playing with her dog Jaden and getting her hands dirty in the yard.  Alana also enjoys volunteering in her community at the Senior Center; CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate); the Neighborhood Accountability Board; Board Member, Teen Sunday School Teacher and Preschool Director at her church, as well as countless other community organizations.

Chris S. Hoffman, CFP®

Chris assists our Advisors’ Pride members in creating custom and personal financial plans for their clients.

Chris is a graduate of UW Madison with a degree in Personal Finance. In Madison, Chris was an active member of Circle K International (a part of the Kiwanis system) and FOCUS (a financial planning club). 

Chris received his CFP® CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2018, and is currently studying for the AIF® Accredited Investment Fiduciary™.

Outside of work, Chris is a member of the UW Alumni Association and he also enjoys following the Green Bay Packers.

He is exceptionally skilled in the financial services industry with 16 years of experience cultivating high-level talent and
recruiting tactics.

He listens and asks targeted questions to reveal opportunities for additional support. He is continually striving to understand all aspects of the financial industry as it pertains to advisors and their long and short-term planning.

Andrew J. Hoffman


Andrew’s helps as our internal recruiter as well as our internal bookkeeper. He helps manage Advisors’ Pride commissions and expenses.

Andrew is a U.W. Oshkosh graduate, class of 2018. He graduated with a bachelors in Finance. 

When he is not at school or in the office, you can find him with his buddies playing lacrosse or tinkering on small engines or even cars.
